Change of plug plate
From August 2012, all rear-closing tail lifts have been given a new compact plug plate (Basic). This is equipped with 3 relays. The previous type was equipped with 4 relays. The new plates have the following number: 12V - 395897 and the 24V - 395898. The "old" plug plates (Full) with 4 relays can also be mounted in stead of the new plates, but one wire must be changed. From Plug J3 the Brown wire (from the safety sensor) must be placed from Pin 6 to Pin 5. (Drawing 1) A 9-pole plug with a bridging must also be placed on Plug J4. This is supplied as standard. the bridge is located on Pin 3 to Pin 4. Connector plate 12V with 4 relays number 395829. Connector plate 24V with 4 relays number 395830.
